The DAF buses numbered 501 to 509. These vehicles operate on Solent Blue Line services along with other buses in the fleet. Now, they are part of the Go Ahead Group along with SBL. There have been some inter-fleet transfers, but those shown here were new to Marchwood.

Soon after Hampshire Bus was formed, 5 new ECW bodied Olympians arrived. They all eventually passed to Solent Blue Line. Here are photos of 4 of them, I never seem to have photographed 205.

Hampshire Bus acquired some Ailsas from South Yorkshire, but they were soon disposed of. At least one entered service and I'm told it broke down on the day my correspondant travelled on it.
